ASTM F136 titanium is implant grade meaning it is commonly used by piercing professionals as initial piercing jewellery. It is highly bio-compatible and extremely hypoallergenic as well as having high resistance to rust, corrosion and tarnishing and in turn requires minimal maintenance. It is one of the strongest of all jewellery metals, it does not oxidize and is extremely durable.
