Where is my order?
Hi everyone. If you are reading this post you have probably asked yourself this question before ”Where the #$!& is my order?”.
Today I am going to write about the issue we deal with on daily basis and it can get just as frustrating for us as it is for you. We process all your orders on the same day if purchased before 4pm (any hand made jewellery before 3pm). All mail gets collected daily at 5pm and we send huuuuundreds of orders per day as requested – 2nd class(free), 1st class, recorded, or tracked-guaranteed next day delivery in UK. We often get messages from our customers wondering where their stuff is as they have already paid!! Not to worry 🙂 our lovely team is here to help! If you are experiencing any issues with your order, as sometimes orders get lost in mail, send us a message/email, you can even find us on facebook or instagram, we will provide the best customers service we can. We are not here to steal your money as that would be illegal hehe, we are based in UK so no, you don’t have to wait weeks because your order does not come from China 😉 Give us a chance to make up for your lost mail as we are here to provide you, beautiful people with good quality jewellery and give you what you want and paid for.
United Kingdom
1st class mail takes 1-3 working days.
2nd class(free) mail takes 3-5 working days (Saturday not guaranteed).
Tracked mail guarantees next day delivery before 1pm.
EU countriesÂ
Mail to EU countries can take up to 14 working days (not including weekends)
Rest of the world
Any mail send can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
